By accessing or using Chat2Cars, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. User Accounts
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Listings
You may only list vehicles you own or have authority to sell. All listings must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms, contain fraudulent information, or are reported by other users.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Chat2Cars to: post false or misleading listings, spam other users, scrape our data, impersonate others, engage in fraudulent transactions, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
5. Transactions
Chat2Cars is a marketplace platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listed vehicle. All transactions are at the parties' own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Chat2Cars — including logos, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to Chat2Cars. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Chat2Cars is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses from transactions with other users.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time via your profile settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
